Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By applying to Bluefins Soccer Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility: We accept children aged 5-16 years, with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Disclosure and consent:

3.1. By enrolling your child at our soccer academy, you agree to disclose any medical condition(s) that may affect or be affected by their participation in training activities, including cardiac, respiratory, muscular or other conditions.

3.2. Bluefins Soccer Academy, will not be responsible for any injuries, damage, loss, or misfortune of any kind experienced by players while at Bluefins Soccer Academy.

3.3. We do not hold any responsibility for the safety of players outside our training grounds. Bluefins Soccer Academy is not liable for anything that may occur before, during or after scheduled training sessions outside our training grounds. 

4. Marketing:

4.1. Bluefins Soccer Academy reserves the right to use and/or reproduce the names, images, videos, and any other details of players registered with us  for marketing materials including but not limited to fliers, social media and our website.

4.2. By signing up with us, you agree to receive marketing information on your contact points such as WhatsApp or email.

5. Payments:

5.1. Bluefins soccer training fee is to be paid in advance as per the agreed amount at the beginning of each month.

5.2. Monthly fees do not include special match or tournament or trial fees, which will vary.

5.3. Late payment (after the seventh day of the month) will result in a penalty of Tsh 10,000/= being imposed or membership being terminated.

5.4. Upon registration, a non refundable fee of Tsh 25,000/= has to be paid.

5.5. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.6. If a player misses training for any reason, the session cannot be refunded or replaced.

6. Scheduling:

6.1. Bluefins will remain closed during public holidays.

6.2. In the event of extreme rain or thunderstorms that causes the pitch to be inaccessible, we will endeavour to create spots for players to attend a make-up training session. We will contact parents/guardians to schedule this. The make-up session could be on any day of the week including Sundays.

6.3. If a player misses the make-up session, another make-up session will not be provided.

7. Code of Conduct:

7.1. All players must wear the Bluefins soccer academy training kit during all training sessions.

7.2. For training kits and/or any other equipment purchased from our academy, players need to visit the office to collect their product(s) once payment is made (we do not deliver). 

7.3. All players must wear soccer shoes, soccer stockings, shin guards and must bring a bottle of water with them.

7.4. Usage of drugs, smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at Bluefins.

7.5. If any player involved themselves willfully or otherwise, in any misconduct which causes damage to Bluefins’ property in any manner, they will be liable to pay for such damages.

7.6. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior within the academy will not be tolerated.

7.7. Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in your child being barred from further lessons, without being eligible for any refunds.

8. Boot camps:

8.1. Management reserves the right to cancel the program if minimum numbers aren’t met.

8.2. Discount offers may not be combined. Each participant can only use one discount.

8.3. In the event of rain, all outdoor activities will be moved indoors.

8.4. ⁠Timings subject to change.

9. Amendments: Bluefins Academy Tanzania reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
